摘要
本文对大麦DNA导入小麦产生的抗白粉病变异后代的水解氨基酸含量进行了分析。结果表明,D_2代5个抗白粉病株系中有2个株系(20和29号)的17种氨基酸总量比受体分别高23.4%和27.5%。通过与受体和供体各种氨基酸成分的相对含量比较表明,这5个变异株系中的丙氨酸、蛋氨酸、甘氨酸、异亮氨酸,苯丙氨酸、脯氨酸、苏氨酸、丝氨酸和胱氨酸含量的改变与供体大麦的DNA导入有关。并得出小麦后代的这些抗白粉病变异株系为大麦基因转化株系。
The analysis indicated that the total content of 17 amino acids of two,No. 20 and 29.of five lines with resistance to powdery mildew in D_2 increased by 23.4% and 27. 5% compared with recipient parent 'Hua76' respectively. The changes of the contents of alanine, methionine. glycocol),isoleucine,phenylalamine,proline,threonine,serine and cysteine were in relation to donor barley DNA introduction. These resistant variants in wheat offspring can be regarded as barley gene transformation plants.
