摘要
目的 对牙髓治疗失败牙再处理和疗效作出评价。方法 应用156例牙髓治疗失败牙的再处理进行临床观察分析。结果 超声根管扩大并完成根管充真156例,成功率92.9％,失败9例(8例牙根管堵塞)1例弯曲。结论证实了超声技术应用于牙髓治疗失败牙的实用性,但在处理弯曲根管方面由于成形作用差,故尚有一定局限性。
Objective To investigate and evaluate the method of the endodontic retreatment therapy failure. Methods Endodontic retreatment with ultrasound was used in 156 cases. Results The root canals were enlarged with ultrasound and filled in the above case with a success rate of 92. 9% . Failure occurred in 9 cases . Conclusions Retreatment of the endodontic therapy with ultrasound is an effective and practical method. Nevertheless, its use in curved and severely obstructed root canals is limited.
