摘要
阐述了MBD技术的基本概念和工程化应用,分析了模型三维标注的必要性及其发展意义,针对目前NX软件三维标注信息效率不高和缺乏有序的组织形式的问题,提出了面向模具用零部件的标注信息分组、视图显示的管理和组织方法,并在NX软件原有的标注功能上进行开发,实现了三维模型的敏捷标注和对标注信息的显示控制,便于查看、理解和分析模型标注信息,并为全生命周期信息集成提供了统一的数据表达形式。
The basic concept and engineering application of MBD technology were expounded, and the necessity and development significance of three-dimensional model dimensioning were analyzed. Aiming at the inefficiency of three-dimensional dimensioning information in NX software and the lack of orderly organization, a management and organization method for grouping and displaying the dimensioning information of parts and components for die and mould was put forward. The original dimensioning function of NX software was developed to realize the agile dimensioning of three-dimensional model and the display control of dimensioning information, which was conducive to the view, understanding and analysis of model dimensioning information, and provided a unified data expression form for the whole life cycle information integration.
