摘要
介绍了贴片式冷焊工艺及火焰烘烤2种表面修复技术,描述了片状和散点状凹陷2种表面质量问题的产生机理,并运用贴片式冷焊工艺及火焰烘烤技术,制定了相应的修复步骤并总结了技术要点;以汽车侧围外板的尾灯处产生的片状凹陷和轮毂上侧产生的散点状凹陷为例,分别利用贴片式冷焊工艺及烘烤技术对模具零件进行整改修复,结果表明这2种技术对产品片状和散点状的凹陷有良好的修复效果,并有效减少修模时间及降低修模强度。
Two kinds of surface repairing technology that SMD type cold welding machine and flame baking technology were introduced, and the mechanism of two kinds of surface quality problems in the form of flaky and scatter-like depressions was described. The patch-type cold welding and flame baking technology were adopted, and the corresponding repairing steps were put forward and the technical points were summarized. Taking the sheet-like depressions appeared on the tail lamp of the side wall outer panel and the scatter-like depressions on the upper side of the hub as examples, the depressions were repaired by using above techniques. The results showed that these two techniques had a good repair effect on the depression of die parts, and reduced the repair time and strength for the die.
