摘要 "线上教学+线上线下答疑+线下考核"结合的混合式教学模式成为现代教育的热点,基于大学生就业视角的混合式教学资源应用成为现代教学改革创新的突破口,混合式教学资源应用评价指标确定与要素系统的有效评估,对于混合式教学质量的提高和高校内涵建设与可持续发展具有重大意义。通过确定基于混合式教学资源评价指标重要程度排序,构建多元主体参与的混合式教学全面质量管理体系,促进高校课程、专业建设,提高育人水平。 The blending teaching mode of 'online teaching+online and offline answering+offline assessment'has become the hot spot of modern education. The application of the blending teaching resources based on the perspective of college students’ employment has become the breakthrough of modern teaching reform and innovation. The determination of evaluation index of the application of the blending teaching resources and the effective evaluation of factor system were great significance for the connotation construction and sustainable development of colleges and universities. On the basis of the analytic hierarchy process(ahp) to determine the ranking of the importance of the evaluation indexes of the blending teaching resources, the comprehensive quality management system of blending teaching involved multiple subjects, which promoted the curriculum and specialty construction of colleges and universities, and improve the education level.
