摘要
通过泵头旋盖的技术工艺分析,介绍了其注射模具的设计要点,重点讨论了模具的浇注系统、绞牙抽芯机构、绞牙定位机构及传动结构的设计思路。实践表明,该模具结构精巧可靠、运行平稳,最终达到了外表美观、尺寸稳定、螺牙定位精准的产品品质要求。
Through the analysis of the processing of the pump screw cap,the design points of the injection mould were introduced.The design ideas of the moulding system,the core pulling mechanism,the positioning mechanism and the transmission structure of the injection mould were mainly discussed.Practice shows that the structure of mould is exquisite and reliable.It runs smoothly,and meets the product quality requirements of beautiful appearance,stable size and precise positioning of screw teeth.
