摘要
'虎皮纹'等外观缺陷已成为大型注塑件常见质量问题。以汽车类注塑件为例,从塑件产品结构、模具结构、成型所用塑胶原材料、成型工艺等方面来分析,总结得出解决或减轻'虎皮纹'的措施。
Appearance defects such as'tiger mark'are the common quality problems of large injection parts.Considering the automotive injection parts,this paper analyzed the product structure,mould structure,raw material used in moulding and moulding process,and summarized the measures to solve or reduce the tiger mark.
