摘要
在波动光学中,Fraunhofer衍射的光强分布规律,可根据Huygens-Fresncl原理,用积分法或复振幅合成法进行计算,其结果与实验规律相符。表明光的电磁波动理论能很好的处理Fraunhofer衍射问题。而在1909年,Geoffre Taylor用强度非常弱的光源发出的光照射到一根针上,观察其衍射现象。从实验过程中,他证实了光子是单个地。
Light diffraction is considerde as a proceeding if light quantums diffraction in this paper. Fraunhofer diffraction is quantitively discussed by probability amplitude principle and path-integrals in quantum me- chanies, the results agree with light wave theoues. The relationship between electromagnetics wvave prop- erty and probability wave property of light is also discussed in this paper.
