One-step Hole Forming Technology and Device Based on Large Aperture Casing Drilling

摘要 通过分析在松软低透气性煤层等复杂地质条件下成孔后孔壁易坍塌的现象,针对瓦斯抽采孔堵塞筛管无法下入的问题,提出新的大直径套管钻进一次成孔技术,并研制出配套的煤矿用大直径套管钻进装置,煤矿井下工业性试验,证明该工艺及装置的有效性和可靠性。 Through the analysis of the borehole collapse phenomenon after drilling under complex geological conditions of soft and low permeability coal seam,aiming at the problem that the gas extraction hole is blocked and the screen pipe cannot be lowered,a new hole forming technique based on large diameter casing drilling is proposed,and a supporting large diameter casing drilling device is developed.The validity and reliability of the process and device are proved by the industrial test in underground coal mine.
