摘要 研制了煤矿井下电磁无线随钻测量(EM-MWD)仪器。针对煤矿井下EM-MWD特点,发射频率采用可设置的6.25 Hz与12.5 Hz,编码方式采用省电的差分脉冲位置调制(DPPM),发射机设计省电模式与休眠模式提高电池工作时间,φ73 mm绝缘天线外层涂覆多层金刚砂提高耐磨性,接收机采用RLS自适应滤波提高抗干扰性能。试验结果表明仪器在煤矿井下随钻测量传输距离大于310 m,发射机省电模式与休眠模式工作有效,绝缘天线机械强度与耐磨性达到煤矿井下随钻测量要求。 The underground electromagnetic wireless measurement while drilling(EM-MWD)instrument is developed.According to the characteristics of underground EM-MWD,the transmission frequency can be set as 6.25 Hz and 12.5 Hz,and the encoding method adopts power-saving differential pulse position modulation(DPPM).The transmitter is designed with power saving mode and hibernation mode to extend the battery time.The EM-MWD isolation antenna ofφ73 mm is coated with multi-layers emery to improve the wear-ability,and the EM-MWD receiver uses RLS adaptive filter to improve ability of anti-interference performance.Experiments results show that the communication distance of the developed EM-MWD instrument is more than 310 m,the power saving mode and hibernation mode of the transmitter work effectively,and the mechanical strength and wear-ability of the isolation antenna can meet the requirements of the underground coal mining.
