摘要
分析了非对称齿轮泵的齿轮基本参数,图示表达了渐开线非对称齿廓的形成原理,推导出了驱动侧和滑行侧的轨迹方程。非对称齿轮泵在啮合传动过程中,存在单齿啮合区和双齿啮合区,利用有限元法对20°/20°、25°/20°、30°/20°三种压力角组合的齿轮副单齿刚度、啮合刚度进行对比分析,分析结果表明,随着驱动侧压力角的增大,非对称齿轮的刚度增大,有限元法与公式法结果一致。
The basic gear parameters of asymmetric gear pump were analyzed.The formation principle of the involute asymmetric tooth profile was expressed by graphic expression.The trajectory equations of driving side and sliding side were deduced.In the process of meshing transmission of asymmetric gear pump,there are single-tooth meshing area and double-tooth meshing area.The finite element method was applied to 20°/20°,25°/20°,30°/20°,the single tooth stiffness and meshing stiffness of gear pairs with three pressure angle combinations were compared and analyzed.The analysis results show that the stiffness of the asymmetric gear increases with the increase of the driving side pressure angle,and the finite element method is consistent with the formula method.
