摘要
针对煤炭企业普遍将多台乳化液泵组成泵站系统共同向液压支架供液的现状,提出了泵站多泵并联新型流量调节方法,并以BRW125/31.5C型乳化液泵为原型,借助AMESim软件搭建了由2台乳化液泵组成的泵站系统流量调节仿真模型,对仿真结果进行了分析。提出的流量调节新方法为液压支架的稳压供液技术提供了新思路。
At present,several emulsion pumps are used to form pump station to supply fluid for the hydraulic supports in coal enterprises,one kind of new type flow regulation method used for multi-parallel pumps was proposed;and taking BRW 125/31.5C emulsion pump as reference prototype,the flow regulation simulation model of pump station system consisting of two emulsion pumps was built based on AMESim software.The simulation results were analyzed.The new type flow regulation method provides a new idea for flow regulation of hydraulic support hydraulic system.
