摘要
针对锥直形喷嘴效率低的问题,设计并仿真了4种不同形状的流线形喷嘴。应用AutoCAD和CFD ICEM等前处理软件建立各自的物理模型及网格划分,使用FLUENT软件对水射流喷嘴进行内流场的数值模拟分析。结果表明:高斯形喷嘴具有水流速度高、压力低和紊流能量小的特点。高斯形喷嘴更适合用于高压水射流超细粉碎。
Aiming at the low efficiency of conical nozzle,four streamlined nozzles with different shapes were designed and simulated.AutoCAD and CFD ICEM software were used to build their physical models and mesh,and FLUENT software was used to simulate and analyze the internal flow field of water jet nozzle.The results show that the Gauss nozzle has the characteristics of high flow velocity,low pressure and low turbulent energy.The Gauss nozzle is more suitable for ultra-fine comminution of high pressure water jet.
