摘要
针对防爆锂离子蓄电池无轨车辆续驶里程不足,影响其在实际生产中推广使用的问题,提出应在其设计中采用节能控制技术以降低整车能耗。根据防爆锂离子蓄电池无轨车辆系统构型的特点,分析了三种节能技术:防爆锂电池管理技术、再生制动与液压制动协调控制技术以及油泵电机节能控制技术。并在防爆锂电池无轨车辆设计中采用了上述技术,实现车辆系统能耗降低20%,续驶里程平均提升15%,可有效促进该新能源车型的推广。
Aiming at the driving range shortage of flameproof lithium battery electric vehicle(FLBEV)during its application in coal mine auxiliary transportation,energy conservation control technology was proposed in its design process.According to the system configuration analysis of FLBEV,three kinds of energy conservation control technologies were analyzed to extend its driving range.Moreover,these technologies had been used in the design of FLBEV,leading to a 20%reduction of vehicle energy consumption and a 15%promotion of driving ranger,which effectively promoted the application of battery electric vehicle in mine production and simultaneously accommodated the development tendency of green mining.
