摘要
隐私是人类普遍存在的一种自然属性。隐私权在法律上的确认与保护体现了社会发展的必然结果,保护的方式从间接到直接,范围从一国走向多个国家,从一个部门法保护走向多个部门法的立体多维度保护,再到国际普适性规则的确立,展示了隐私权在法律领域的拓展趋势。
Privacy is a general natural property of man. The legal affirmation and protection of privacy right embodies the inevitable result of social development. It shows an expanding trend of privacy right in legal field that its protection waydevelops from indirect to direct, its protection scope expands from one countryto many countries and from one branch law to multi branch laws to the affirmation of universal international compatibility.
