摘要
现实的教师管理集中表现为单一的、机械的理性管理模式,其弊端是有目共睹的。管理理论的发展昭示着非理性管理的价值。现代教师管理呼唤温情的、关心人的非理性管理方式,可以通过树立“教师为本”的管理理念、改革教师管理的方式和手段、实施人文主义管理等实现对现代教师管理中非理性管理模式的建构。
It is obvious to all that there are some disadvantages in the practi cal management of teachers which is a single and mechanical management pattern. The development of management theory has declared publicly the value of non-rea son management. Modern management of teachers calls for warm and considerate non-reason management pattern, which can be constructed by means of establishing t he teacher-centered management idea, changing the ways and methods of managemen t of teachers.
