摘要
根据成品油配送网络的结构和特点 ,充分考虑了油品零售过程的随机性 ,提出了油品补充的时间窗问题和运输任务的安排问题 ,建立了配送的整数规划模型 ,并用一种启发式方法对问题进行了求解 .研究结果表明 ,通过合理调配整个网络的各种资源 ,不但可以降低配送过程的成本 。
This article fully considers the randomicity of oil retail, puts forward the time window problem and delivery arrangement problem of oil supplement, presents an integer programming model based on the structure and character of oil distribution network. Finally, a heuristic approach is applied to solve the model. With our research, it can be found that assigning resources of whole network reasonably not only can reduce the distribution cost, but also can avoid the condition of oil short supply and oil discharge queue effectively.
