互隔交链孢酚单甲醚对线粒体超氧化物歧化酶的影响 被引量:1

摘要 本文观察了互隔交链孢霉的产物之一——交链孢酚单甲醚(AME)对小鼠体内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的影响:①给小鼠腹腔内注射不同浓度的AME,发现AME使肝匀浆CuZnSOD活性显著降低,MnSOD活性全部丧失。线粒体内的MnSOD及CuZnSOD活性伴随着AME浓度的提高,活性逐渐下降,与对照组相比,差异有显著性。②给小鼠腹腔内注射同一浓度的AME(90.9mg/kg),给药10天后CuZnSOD、MnSOD活性降低。提示:AME有降低超氧化物歧化酶活性的作用。 In this paper we have observed the action of AME to SOD in the bodies of mice 1) To inject the different concentration of AME into the abdominal cavities of mice. We found that AME could markedly decrease the activity of liver homoaenizes CuZnSOD and lose the activity of MnSOD completely. As the concentration of AME increased, the activity of MuSOD and CuZnSOD in the Mitochondria decreased gradully and the concentration of AME showed markde difference. 2) After ten days of injecting the same concentration of AME (90.9mg/kg) to the abdominal cavities of mice,the activities of CuZnSOD and MnSOD decreased. These demostrated that AME could decrease the activity of SOD.
