摘要 应用数值计算方法对发动机涡轮叶尖间隙引起的涡轮效率损失进行了分析,结合计算机辅助公差设计,提出了基于涡轮叶尖间隙损失的间隙尺寸和公差优化设计方法。以制造成本和涡轮效率损失最小为优化目标函数,采用Monte Carlo随机模拟法和基因遗传算法,分析计算了涡轮间隙尺寸公差和装配组成环的尺寸公差分配。 Numerical algorithm was applied to analysis tiie turbine blades tip clearance loss combined with computer aided tolerancing (CAT) algorithm. The system analysis method was presented to determine the dimension and tolerance of turbine tip clearance. Manufacture cost and efficiency loss minimization as optimal objective function in dimensions and tolerances analysis and computation of the turbine tip clearance and assembly parts application with Monte Carlo random simulated algorithm and gene algorithm.
