摘要
目的研究菊科苍术属植物北苍术 (Atractylodeschinensis(DC )Koidz)根茎中的化学成分。方法利用各种色谱技术进行分离纯化 ,根据理化性质和光谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果得到 4个化合物 ,分别鉴定为柠檬苦素 ( 5 )、双 ( 5 甲酰基糠基 )醚 ( 6 )、5 羟甲基糠醛 ( 7)、2 呋喃甲酸 ( 8)。结论化合物 5、6。
Objective To study the chemical composition of the rhizome of Atractylodes chinensis (DC.)Koidz.Methods Various chromatographic techniques were used to separate and purify the constituents.Their structures were determined by spectral analysis and chemical evidences.Results Four compounds were identified as: limonin (5),bis (5 formylfurfuryl )ether (6),5 hydromethyl furaldehyde (7),2 furoic acid(8). Conclusions Compound 5,6 and 8 are isolated from Atractylodes genus for the first time.
