成纤维细胞生长因子21的研究进展

摘要 成纤维细胞生长因子21(fibroblast growth factor 21,FGF21)是一种脂肪细胞兼内源性心脏保护因子,也是成纤维细胞生长因子家族(FGFs)的成员之一,FGF21,参与多种代谢性疾病的调节过程,与胰岛素的代谢调节极为相似。在肝脏中表达,进一步试验结果表明其具有保护心肌细胞凋亡的作用。本文叙述了FGF21在糖代谢、脂代谢方面的研究进展。
