摘要
目的:观察全麻隆胸术前口服加巴喷丁对患者手术后疼痛的影响。方法:选择在腋窝切口全麻下隆胸患者40例,随机分为2组,每组20例。实验组术前给予加巴喷丁300 mg口服,对照组口服等剂量安慰剂。以视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评定术后疼痛程度,刚刚并记录不良作用的发生率。结果:与对照组相比,实验组术后4、16、24 h时VAS明显降低(P<0.05),而24 h内两组不良反应发生率没有统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:术前应用加巴喷丁300 mg联合全麻对隆胸术后疼痛具有良好的镇痛作用,不良反应发生率无明显增高。
Objective To investigate the postoperative analgesic effect of gabapentin used before the operation in patients after breast augmentation.Methods Forty patients undergoing breast augmentation under general anesthesia were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.In experimental group the patients were administed oral gabapentin 300mg preoperatively while in control group a placebo administed.Results The VAS in experimental group during same period was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).And there was no significant difference in both group at 24h after operation(P>0.05).Conclusions Gabapentin preemptively used in breast augmentation can alleviate postoperative pain and improve postoperative satisfaction.
