摘要
目的:了解医务人员手卫生现状及影响手卫生效果的因素,提出改进手卫生的措施。方法:采用描述性统计的方法分析2009～2011年我院手卫生监测结果等资料,找出影响手卫生效果的因素,提出改进措施。结果:3年共监测医务人员1680人次,合格1596人次,合格率为95%,手卫生监测合格率逐年递增;女性手卫生监测合格率大于男性,两者间差别有统计学意义(χ2=14.072,P<0.01);护士手卫生监测合格率大于医生,两者间差别有统计学意义(χ2=21.132,P<0.01);工龄>10年组的医务人员手卫生合格率最高,<5年组的手卫生合格率最低,手卫生合格率与工龄呈递增关系,3个年龄组间差别有统计学意义(χ2=9.147,P=0.01);处于II类环境的医务人员手卫生合格率大于III类环境的医务人员,两者间差别有统计学意义(χ2=8.773,P<0.01)。结论:要提高医护人员手卫生效果,应根据影响医护人员手卫生效果的因素,采取相应地干预措施,如有针对性的培训、加强监督检查、手卫生监测结果及时反馈等。
Objective To investigate the hand hygiene situation of medical staff and the influence factors of hand hygiene,so as to put forward improving measures.Methods There were totally 1680 people in three years who were investigated with hand hygiene,1596 of whose results were qualified with the rate of 95%,and the qualified rate was raised year by year.The qualified rate of female was higher than male,and the difference was statistically significant(χ 2 =14.072,P <0.01).The qualified rate of nurses was higher than doctors with the statistically significant difference(χ 2 =21.132,P <0.01).The group of less than 5 years' working experience got the lowest hand hygiene rate,and the rate was raise with the length of service.The differences among three groups of ages were statistically significant(χ 2 =8.773,P<0.01).The medical staff in the second environment got higher qualified rate than those in the third environment,and the difference was statistically significant(χ 2 =8.773,P<0.01).Conclusion According to the influence factors on hand hygiene of medical staff,intervention measures such as targeted trains,monitors and inspections,timely feedback of hand hygiene result,et al,should be taken to improve hand hygiene of medical staff.
