摘要 三软不稳定煤层掘进面地质变化大、支护材料规格及重量不断增大,原有的辅助运输方式已制约快速掘进。在煤巷掘进面有轨区段采用无极绳连续牵引绞车运输,达到一部绞车不换绳钩的连续直达运输,在里段无轨区段采用电动单轨吊实现从料场到掘进面的机械运输,实现辅助运输安全高效,极大地减轻了职工的劳动强度。 Three soft unstable coal seam tunnelling geological changes, supporting material specification and weight increasing, auxiliary transport of the original has been restricting the rapid excavation. In the coal lane tunneling face track sections with endless rope continuous traction winch transport, to achieve continuous direct transport a winch does not change the rope hook, in the period of non rail sections with electric monorail crane from the yard to the tunneling surface mechanical transport, to realize the transportation safety and efficient, greatly reduce the labor intensity of workers.
