摘要
简述了煤气化技术在煤化工领域中的地位及其发展趋势;详细分析了影响煤气化反应性的关键因素,包括煤本身性质、热解条件和气化条件。结果表明:煤阶越高、孔隙结构越不发达、热解条件越苛刻,煤的气化反应性越低;煤中的K、Ca、Mg和Fe等组分对气化反应具有催化作用;高温、加压和水蒸气利于煤气化反应的进行。从现有研究来看,对多种煤在高温、高压下的水蒸气和CO2气化反应性仍缺乏深入的认识,值得进一步研究。
The importance of coal gasification technology in coal chemical industry was outlined.The effects of coal properties,pyrolysis conditions and gasification conditions have been reviewed.Generally,the gasification reactivity of high rank coal is lower than that of low rank coal.The welldeveloped pore structure is favor to gasification reaction.The severe pyrolysis conditions usually lead to low gasification reactivity of coal char.The mineral compositions in coal,such as K,Ca,Mg and Fe,have catalytic effects on gasification reaction,even at higher temperatures.The high temperature,high pressure and steam atmosphere can lead to high reactivity of coal.In addition,studies on gasification reactivity of coal char at high temperature and pressure in CO2/steam atmosphere is very limited,and more work is necessary.
