摘要
某矿在长期的岩层剥离过程中,由于岩性分布不均,导致了原有的爆破参数与不同爆区的具体岩性不相匹配,从而使得有的爆区爆破效果不是很好,爆区有的爆破效果非常差,大块率、单耗偏高,残留根底,而且大部分爆区需要二次爆破,直接影响着铲装、运输、破碎等后续工序和采矿总成本。通过对岩层爆破参数进行优化研究,在理论上找出使采矿总成本为最低的"最佳爆破效果",为提高该矿的经济效益提供参考。
Because of the uneven distribution of lithology,the ore rock was stripped in the long-term process,which led to the original blasting parameters and specific lithology in different blasting area weren't matching,which makes some blasting area is very bad,effect of blasting area poorly,the block rate,high unit consumption,residual basis,and most blasting districts need twice blast,directly affect the loading,transportation,crushing and other follow-up processes and the mining cost. Optimizes the parameters of rock blasting,to find the 'optimal blasting effect'to make the mining cost lowest in theory,to provide reference for improving the mine economic benefits.
