摘要
针对大型煤自然发火试验台存在煤实验需求量大、精度差、误差较大等问题,设计建造了实验温度30-200℃、装煤量小的煤样自然发火实验台。以黄陵矿煤样进行了自然发火特性参数测试,得到了温度与耗氧速率、温度与放热强度关系等自然特性参数。测试结果验证了8 kg煤自然发火实验台可以满足实验设计要求。高精度实验结果为今后防灭火工作提供了有力的基础数据。
For large-scale presence of coal spontaneous combustion of coal experimental test rig demand,accuracy,large errors and other issues,design and construct the experimental temperature 30-200 ℃,a small amount of coal loading coal spontaneous combustion experiment. Huangling coal mine spontaneous Combustion parameters were tested to obtain the natural characteristics of the parameters of temperature and oxygen consumption rate,the strength of the relationship between temperature and heat. The test results verify the 8 kg coal spontaneous combustion experiment experimental design can meet the requirements. Experimental system and experimental results provide strong theoretical foundation for the fire prevention and control work in the future.
