摘要
煤矿企业目前在供配电过程大多采用手车式断路器柜,在日常使用过程中经常因为接触电阻过大或设备老化而发热,导致安全事故。在各触头部分安装温度传感器,通过无线的方式将信号发出,处理单元进行判断、报警、显示,同时上传至上位界面。操作、巡检人员能够及时发现异常,避免事故的发生。
Most of the coal enterprises use the circuit breaker cabinet in the process of power supply and distribution. The devices temperature often rise becauseof the contact resistance is too large or the aging equipmentswhat may causes some safety accidents in daily use. The temperature sensors were set up in the contaceportion,which can sent datas through wireless communications. The processing unit can judge whether alarm or not. They also can display the current temperature and upload the datas to PC. So that the operators or the inspector-attendants can find the abnormal in time. And in this way,they can avoid some accidents.
