摘要
分析了液压凿岩机凿岩过程中出现的卡钎类型及产生的原因,总结比较了国内外几个防卡钎方案的优缺点,在此基础上提出了一种新的防卡钎方案-电气自动防卡系统。论述了新方案的主要特点,对提高凿岩机的防卡钎能力有着重要的理论意义。
Analyzes the anti-jamming types and causes of hydraulic rock drill occurred during the drilling,summary and compare the advantages and disadvantages of several anti-jamming programs abroad,on this basis,proposes a new anti-jamming program—electric automatic anti-jamming system.Discussing the main features of the new program,which have the important theoretical significance to improve the ability of the anti-jamming.
