摘要
矿用主通风机作为保障矿井安全生产的大型通风设备,一直以来都是煤矿企业的耗能大户,其耗电量达煤矿总电耗的15%~25%。因此,通风机的运行是否合理、是否节能将直接关系到全矿的能耗水平。同宝煤矿在通风机系统升级改造中引入高压变频调速器,保障风机变频启动、调频运行,实现了通风机的高效运转,取得了显著的节能效果。
As a large-scale ventilation equipment to ensure mine safety production, main fan is the great energy consumer of coal mine all the time. And its power consumption is up to 15%~25% of total electricity consumption of coal mine. Therefore, the reasonable operation and energy saving directly relates to the energy saving level of the whole mine. Tongbao coal mine introduced high-voltage frequency converter technology in the upgrading of ventilation system. The introduction of the technology ensured variable-frequency starting and frequency regulation operation, and it also achieved efficient running and considerable energy saving.
