摘要
针对煤矿用带式输送机综合保护装置中的故障报警系统,设计了基于单片机控制的能完成烟雾、超温、跑偏、堆煤等多种常见故障检测的报警系统。语音报警模块采用了MP3硬解码方式,有效地提高了语音播报的质量。音频功率放大模块选用了单通道桥式可关断运算放大器,有效地实现了高品质语音放大,并具有低功耗和高性能静噪特点。故障自动报警系统性能可靠、报警及时、语音清晰。
This thesis has designed a kind of automatic alarm system for synthetical protection set of belt conveyor used in coal mine, which is based on MCU and can perform several kinds fault detection such as smoke, overheating, running deviation and coal stacker. The quality of the speech is improved effectively by adopting hardware MP3 decoder approach in the speech module, and the signal of speech is effectively amplified, low power dissipation and high performance squelch are realized by choosing single channel bridge type operational amplifier which can be shut down in audio power amplifier module. The result show that this system has reliable performance, which can be alarmed in time and the speech sound is clear.
