摘要
介绍了水力分级旋流器的结构、工作原理、设备特点及在选煤厂的使用现状。利用设备脱泥功能及选煤厂浮选入料粒度组成特点,提出水力分级旋流器串联布置,应用于煤泥水脱泥(高灰细泥)浮选环节的创新想法,并绘制脱泥浮选工艺流程,阐述新工艺特点。新工艺可有效改善高灰细泥含量高的煤泥水浮选效果,提高经济效益,精细化选煤工艺。
Introduces the structure, working principle, characteristics of the equipment and the present situation of the hydraulic classification cyclone used in coal preparation plant. Using the desliming function of the equipment and the grain size composition characteristics of flotation feed ,puts forward innovative ideas that hydraulic classification cyclone′s tandem arrangement is used desliming (high ash slime) flotation process of slime water in coal preparation plant ,and draws the desliming flotation process, describes the characteristics of the new process. New technology can effectively improve the flotation effect, improve the economic benefit, refine coal preparation process.
