摘要
以新驿煤矿五采区上部1510工作面为背景,针对工作面直接顶低强度、弱完整性特征,采用理论分析、现场实践等方法对沿空放顶成巷无煤柱开采技术进行研究。研究结果表明应用锚索架棚支护、让压单体支柱配合金属网的挡矸功能,在采空区边缘形成矸石墙、封闭采空区,同时可防止老顶运动冲击并对老顶岩梁发挥支撑作用。经观测,巷道较原留巷方式成巷效果好,顶底板移近量小。
Based on the Xinyi coal mine five mining the upper 1510 working face as the background,the direct roof in working face is low strength,weak integrity characteristics,the methods of theoretical analysis and field practice of along gob caving into lane without coal pillar mining technology were studied.The research results show that the application of anchor cable shed supporting,let pressure function monomer pillar with wire mesh in the gangue,the formation of waste rock wall on the edge of the mined-out area,closed mined-out area,at the same time can prevent impact of the old top motion and play a supporting role for the old top rock beam.Through observation,roadway is the original way into lane effect is good,for small amount of roof and floor closer.
