摘要
本文主要研究了圆环链接头组织的脆化问题,分析了组织类型对接头性能的影响以及引起组织脆化的主要因素。
This paper has analyzed a problem of a structural embrittlement in flash welding chain connetion base on characteristic of a flash welding technique and the fracture rule of a connection. By using a fracture metailographic technology, it has shewn that if the conneting structures are different, the type of the raleted fracture will be also different. After a structural embrittlement occured at a connetion of a chain, it will cause a reductions in toughness and bending-resistence deflection, and cause an early fracture in the chain connection. This paper has proposed an approach to improve the connection structure base on analyses on a structural embrittlement mechanism of the flash welding connection.
