摘要
本文分析智能机器换人的动因、趋向、利弊及少数民族劳工人力资本再造的路径,认为机器换人的根本动因是科技进步幻象下资本对利益最大化追逐,发展趋向将按照技术与成本逆向选择的逻辑推进,利弊得失关键在于权力场的控制,而民族劳工人力资本再造应以变革惯习为核心和逻辑起点,多层面联动协同。
This article analyzes the motivation, tendency, influence on intelligent machine substitution and the way to re-create the human capital of minority workers. It concludes that the funda-mental motivation of machine substitution is the capital’s pursuit of the maximum interests, under the illusion of technological progress backgrounds. The trend of machine substitution will follow an ad-verse selection principle concerning technology and cost. The key to the pros and cons lies in the control of the power field. The re-creating of minority labor capital should focus on changing work-ing habits as core and logical starting point, emphasizing multilevel collaboration: the government should optimize policy design and institutional arrangements;the enterprises must fulfill the responsi-bility for labor skills training;and more importantly, labors themselves need to change their working habits, cultivate flexible employment concepts, develop unique human abilities and minority skills,improve lifestyles and enhance physical and mental qualities.
