摘要
笔者采用头针、体针交替运用的方法,配合药物治疗脑梗塞病人769例,其中基本治愈446例,占68％;显效223例,占29％;有效86例,占11％;无效16例,占2％;总有效率98％。观察中发现头针、体针交替运用是最佳的针刺方法,既克服单纯用针的弊端,又提高疗效。且疗效与病程有密切关系,病程愈短,疗效愈好。
The writer treated patients (769 cases) with exchangeing the scalp and body acupuncture, combining with chinese medicine, 446 cases were recovery, 58％; 223 cases got better obviously, 29％; 85 cases were effective, 11％; 15 cases were ineffective, 2％; the geueral effectiveness rate was 98％. The results showed that applying scalp and body acupuncture exchangely was the test method of treatment, it not only overcame the malpractice, but also improved the curative effects, the relationship of curative effects to the course of disease is very closely, the shorter of the course, the better of the curative effects.
