摘要
运用针灸两步法 (即先针刺二间、阳溪调寒热 ,再用艾灸调虚实 )治疗大肠癌 2 7例。另用CAF化疗方案治疗 3 9例作对照。结果 :针灸组的总有效率为 77.78% ,对照组为 5 8.97% ;针灸组的腹痛、便秘 (或腹泻 )、疲乏无力等症状的缓解率均高于对照组 ;且针灸组无明显的不良反应。提示针灸两步法是治疗大肠癌的安全。
Twenty-seven cases of large intestine cancer were treated by two-phase acupuncture-moxibustion therapy,namely by first needling of Erjian(LI 2) and Yangxi(LI 5) to balance cold and heat,and second moxibustion to regulate excess and deficiency.Another 39 cases were treated with chemotherapy as control.Results:The total effective rate was 77.78% in treatment group and 58.97% in control group;acupuncture and moxibustion had better effects than chemotherapy in relieving abdominal pain,constipation or diarrhea,fatigue,without marked negative effects.
