摘要
通过对电热元件表面负荷的分析与计算提出高温热处理电阻炉 (炉温 10 0 0~ 130 0℃ )的铁铬铝合金电热元件的设计方法。在预选表面负荷时 ,采用了较低的黑度值 (ε1=0 .4 1) ,计算结果与经验值接近。实践证明 ,结合采用波纹形加热器的结构形式 ,电炉使用效果好 ,元件服役寿命长。
For the electric heating elements made of Fe Cr Al alloys in the heat treatment resistance furnace working at the temperatures 1000℃~1300℃,the electric heating element surface rating with the lower blackness factor( ε 1 =0.41) has been analyzed and calculated.The calculation results for the element surface rating are close to the empirical data.With the wave shape heater,the furnace works very well and the heating elements get a longer service life.
