摘要
上海高桥石化分公司炼油厂2套催化裂化装置烟气轮机入口管道,在1994年改造时,改为用310S钢板焊制。由于310S钢的Cr(铬)含量较高,在高温长期使用,会产生σ相,导致材质性能劣化。试验表明,通过加热到1150℃保温20min的固溶处理,可使材质性能(包括焊缝)得到基本恢复。该文同时指出,316钢在700℃高温长期使用,也存在脆化问题。
The inlet pipe of flue gas turbine - expander of the second set FCC unit in Shanghai Gaoqiao petrochemical branch company changed into welding 310S steel plate at the reconstruction in 1994. Owing to the Cr content of 310S steel is relatively high the a phase may be occurred under high temperature long period service. That resulted in the material property changed into inferior. The experiment denoted that: By means of solid solution treatment at 1150℃ holding 20min,the material property (include weld seam) could be resumed elementally. The 316 steel also occurred to embrittlement problem in700℃ high temperature long period service.
