摘要
近年来,利益相关者理论作为一种新的管理理论已经运用到西方国家的旅游研究和实践中,并开始运用到我国旅游规划中,但在我国旅行社管理研究中尚未得到应有的响应。旅行社运用利益相关者理论首先要确定谁是利益相关者,旅行社利益相关者基本图谱分为核心层、战略层和外围,每一部分都包含着不同类型的利益相关者。旅行社可以根据自身的具体情况,运用基本图谱来构建模型,并进而根据利益相关者管理的基本原则进行有效的管理。
As a new management theory, stakeholder theory has been employed in travel and tourism researches and practices in western countries in recent years. In our country, we have applied it to tourism development plans but not yet to the researches of travel service management. Ascertaining who are our stakeholders is the first task of the applications of stakeholder theory in travel service management. The elementary spectrum can be divided into three layers: core stakeholders, strategic stakeholders and periphery. Each part should consist of different types of stakeholders. Basing on this elementary spectrum and its concrete conditions, the managers of travel service can build a practical stakeholders model and then do the management under the principles of stakeholder theory.
