摘要
在大量试验研究的基础上,探讨了各种添加剂对钙基固硫剂脱硫率的影响,并通过压汞试验,分析了高温煅烧之后的复合固硫剂的孔隙率及比表面积的变化。还在35 t/h链条炉上选用一种复合固硫剂进行了现场试验,得到较好的脱硫效果。
On the basis of a large number of experiments, the influence of different kinds of additives on the desulfurization rate of absorbents is analyzed carefully. The surface area and intra-particle porosity of absorbents, which are calcined at high temperature, are also analyzed by mercury porosimeter. It is also reported that a good desulfurization result is obtained by the experiment in a chain grate furnace with the output capacity of 35t/h.
