摘要
目的 研究中国人恒牙根管的解剖形态 ,为牙髓治疗提供依据。方法 用透明标本法将 3 80 3个恒牙依次作髓腔染色 ,5 %盐酸脱矿 ,酒精系列脱水 ,最后置入冬青油中完成透明。结果 根管被分为 9型 ,观察并统计了各型根管在不同牙位、牙根中的发生率。结论 中国人恒牙根管的解剖形态在不同牙位。
Objective To study the morphyology of the root canals of permanent teeth ,and provide anatomical reference for the endodontic treatment.Methods 3808 permenent tooth were collected.The root canal systems were dyed with ink,then decalcificated with 5% hydrochloric acid and dehydrated in series solution of alcohol,the tooth were finally put into methysalicylate and made into transparent specimen.Results The root canals are classified as 9 types.The incidence of each type in defferent roots was assessed.Conclusion Understanding the morphyology of the root canals can improve the success rate of endodontic treatment.
