摘要
本文提出了高等教育效率的多样性和高等教育效率标准的相对性命题 ,分析了高等教育效率标准之间的矛盾 ,指出高等教育的效率必须坚持教育性标准 ,并期望以此来协调高等教育的各方面效率标准 ,以“教育的”方式来满足各方面对高等教育的要求 ,从而获得高等教育效率的最优化。
The article raises a proposition,which is the diversity of higher education's effieiency criterion and the relativity of higher education's efficiency criterion.And it analyses the contradictory elements among higher education's efficiency criterion.Furthermore,it points out that higher education's efficiency must adhere to educational criterion,only to do so,various respects of higher education's efficiency can be unified and be coordinated,different circles' demands for higher education can be satisfied,and then the optimization of higher education's efficiency can be achieved.
