摘要 综合介绍了视频监控系统的发展、结构组成和功能应用等方面的内容 ,并对不同情况下的视频运动检测算法进行了介绍。在视频监控系统中对图像序列进行运动检测 ,可以大大提高监控系统的功能 ,促进监控系统的智能化发展。 The development,structure components,function application and the like of video surveillance system,as well as the motion detection arithmetic under various cases are introduced.Motion detection techniques of image sequence applied in system can help greatly improve the function and facilitate intelligent development of video surveillance system.
