染料敏化太阳能电池的二氧化钛膜性能研究 被引量:18

摘要 以二氧化钛(TiO2)纳米粉(P25)为原料,把它研磨成胶状,用涂敷法制得TiO2纳米多孔膜,并组装成太阳能电池,用100W氙灯作为模拟太阳光,对电池进行光电性能测试.根据电池的短路电流(Isc)、开路电压(Voc)和填充因子(ff)等指标来反映电池的性能.研究表明,分散剂乙酰丙酮、OP乳化剂、研磨时间和热处理后的保温时间长短对TiO2膜的性能均有很大的影响.其结果是,乙酰丙酮0.15mL、OP乳化剂0.10mL、研磨时间1h和保温时间0.5h时,TiO2膜的光电性能较好,Isc、Voc和ff分别为8.85mA、567mV和0.445.并用XRD和比表面及孔隙分析仪对TiO2膜进行了表征. The dyesensitized nanocrystalline solar cell is a new type of liquid cell which is based on a photoelectrochemical process.The light absorption is performed by a monolayer of dye (i.e.,a ruthenium complex) that is adsorbed chemically at the surface of a semiconductor (i.e.,titanium oxide (TiO2)).In this paper, a dyesensitized solar cell is constructed by spreading TiO2 gel on the conductive glass.TiO2 gel is prepared by grinding the mixture solution of nanoparticle TiO2 powder (P25),dispersant acetylacetone and emulsifying agent OP.The porous TiO2 films are immersed into dye RuL2(SCN)2 solution overnight after they have been thermally treated at 400 ℃.Under the irradiation of the xenon lamp (100 W) simulating the solar light,the properties which include the shortcircuit photocurrent (Isc),opencircuit voltage (Voc) and the fill factor (ff) of the solar cells are tested.From the parameters of the properties,it is found that the dispersant acetylacetone,emulsification OP,the grinding time and the time of keeping temperature at 400 ℃ great influence on the photoelectric properties of TiO2 films.It shows that there are higher photoelectric properties which are Isc 8.85 mA,Voc 567 mV and ff 0.445 for the solar cell under the condition of dispersant acetylacetone 0.15 mL,emulsifying agent OP 0.10 mL,the grinding time 1 h and the time of keeping temperature 0.5 h.The crystal phase and surface area of TiO2 films are characterized by Xray diffraction and nitrogen adsorption apparatus respectively.The results show that by the thermal treatment at 400 ℃ the content of anatase is 80% and the surface area of TiO2 film is about 40 m2/g.
