Energy power becomes sophisticated due to intensive and durable movement in soccer Anaerobic metabolism often plays an important role during intensive match-playing and it consists of two systems: high energy phosphates system and anaerobic glycolysis system Aiming at those two systems the training can be divided into general and specific anaerobic training
