摘要
鉴于重庆市建立中小企业社会化服务体系的迫切性 ,探讨重庆市中小企业社会化服务体系的运作模式问题 ,提出虚拟化运作模式 ,并就服务体系的核心能力、三大网络的构建、合作伙伴的选择。
On account of the imminence of the establishment of social service system of small and medium-sized enterprises in Chongqing,the problem of operating mode is discussed.A virtual operating mode,its core competence,establishment of three major networks,selection on collaborators and operating mechanism are discussed.
