摘要
应用大型有限元分析软件ANSYS对多层预紧扁挤压筒的等效应力、接触压力及变形进行分析 ,并对多层预紧扁挤压筒与同尺寸整体式扁挤压筒工作状态下的应力分布进行比较 。
An analysis was made on the equivalent stress, contact pressure and deformation of the multi_layer shrink_fitting flat extrusion container by using the finite element analysis software ANSYS. The stress distributions under work condition of the multi_layer shrink_fitting flat container and of the integral flat container of the same size were compared, which provided a basis for optimizing the design of the flat extrusion container.
