豇豆锈菌诱导的2种酶活性与抗病性的关系 被引量:5

摘要 测定了具有不同抗性水平的 5个豇豆 (VignasesquipdalisWight)品种在受锈菌 (UromycesvignaeBarcl)侵染前和侵染后若干阶段中外切几丁质酶 (exo chitinase)和 β 1,3 葡聚糖酶 (β 1,3 glucanase)的活性 ,并分析其与抗病性的关系。结果表明 :在豇豆各品种与锈菌互作的早期 ,外切几丁质酶比活性均上升 ,与品种抗病性水平基本一致 ,其比活性变化率也与品种抗性水平一致 ,且抗病品种的外切几丁质酶比活性的变化率高峰出现早 ,而感病品种的高峰出现迟 ;β 1,3 葡聚糖酶比活性与品种抗性水平也一致 ,其比活性变化率与品种抗性有较密切的关系 ,免疫和高抗品种的酶比活性变化率呈上升的趋势 ,而中抗和感病品种的酶比活性变化率则呈下降趋势。 At several stages before and after infections by the rust fungus( Uromyces vignae Barcl), five cultivars of cowpea( Vigna sesquipdalis Wight)with different levels of resistance were analysed for the activities of exo chitinase andβ 1,3 glucanase. At the early stage of the interactions ( 12 hours after inoculation), the exo chitinase activities were enhanced in all cultivars, and a close relationship between the activities or percentages of the enzyme activity change, and disease resistances were observed, and the increase peaks of percentage of the enzyme activity changes appeared earlier in the resistant cultivars than the susceptible ones. A close relationship between β 1,3 glucanase activities and disease resistance of cultivars was also detected, and percentage of β 1,3 glucanase activity changes was closely correlated with the resistance of cowpea cultivars, It's increased in the immune and highly resistant cultivars, but decreased in the moderately resistant and susceptible ones. The potential role of two enzymes in the interaction of cowpea and rust pathogen was discussed.
