盾壳霉在油菜菌核病菌生物防治中的应用 被引量:27

摘要 油菜核病菌 (Sclerotiniasclerotiorum)是一种世界性病原菌 ,其分布广、危害大、难根治。盾壳霉 (Coniothyriumminitans)是该病原菌的破坏性寄生真菌 ,可以有效、专一地降低病原菌菌核的形成与萌发 ,在该病原菌的生物防治方面具有较大的应用潜力。从油菜核盘菌的致病过程与特点、盾壳霉的生长特性、盾壳霉和油菜核盘菌间相互作用的规律及途径等几个方面阐述了盾壳霉对油菜核盘菌的生防特性 ,讨论了盾壳霉在生产实践中的应用潜力及存在问题 。 Sclerotinia sclerotiorum (Lib.) de Bary is a worldwide pathogen existing in wide regions with great harm on plants and difficult to control.Coniothyrium minitans is an effective biocontrol agent of this pathogen and has been successfully used to control Sclerotinia sclerotiorum in many kinds of plants in field and green house.How to cultivate this fungus's spore is the most important technique to make this biocontrol agent industrially and use it practically.The most effective method to resolve this problem is to develop the biocontrol ability of this fungus',and optimize the cultivating process and equipments on the basis of understanding the physiology and biocontrol characteristics of this fungus.Results drown out from researches in present years showed that,such physiological characteristics of this fungus have been understand in some extent as living condition,nutrition properties and kinetics of mycelium production and sporulation in agar,such biocontrol characteristics has also been done as the biocontrol principle,reciprocity of the pathogen and the biocontrol agent and influence of effecters on biocontrol efficiency.It has been proved that it is feasible to cultivate this biocontroller spores in scale-up by solid-state cultivation.But,there are still many researches should be done to realize efficient production and application in real condition.These researches should involve such regions as improving fungus quality,supplementing the theories,and building up,optimizing and supplementing the scale-up cultivating technique.;
